Solid state relay and transformer coupling
Photoelectric coupling and the transformer coupling solid state relay input and output circuit of isolated and coupled mode: photoelectric coupling usually use photoelectric diode photoelectricity triode tube, photoelectric diode, bidirectional silicon controlled rectifier control, photovoltaic cells, realize the control side and load side isolation control; high frequency transformer coupling is self-excited high-frequency signals generated by the control signal input by the coupling to the secondary, the rectification, the logic circuit processing forming a drive signal.
Solid state relay (State Relay Solid, abbreviated SSR), is composed of microelectronic circuits, discrete electronic devices, power electronic devices composed of non contact switches. The isolation device is used to realize the isolation between the control terminal and the load side. The input end of the solid state relay is controlled by tiny control signal, which can drive the large current load directly.
Transformer (Transformer) is the use of electromagnetic induction principle to change the AC voltage of the device, the main component is the primary coil, the secondary coil and iron core (magnetic core). The main functions are: voltage, current, impedance transformation, isolation, voltage regulation (magnetic saturation transformer), etc.. According to the use can be divided into: power transformers and special transformers.
